It may be hard to put a number. But when you are slogging at 18-20lak per annum you find a guy being paid 75/lpa for building a "to do list" app, and crib about WLB makes you question your life.

Today just met a sardarji running agency doing 7L revenue monthly, while paying 500-2000 per video to his editors, he explained about scaling to other tasks.
people are making insane money from a employee perspective, but from my "experience" talking with numerous people in India it's virtually impossible to scale any sort of agency beyond 5cr annual revenue, even breaching the 60L puts in outliers.
