How much CTC we can get for 8.5 YOE for Java Developer

I have 2 years, 10 months and 9 days of experience as a java developer at TCS, now i have an interview scheduled for another day company XYZ, my CTC in tcs was 4.1 lpa and company XYZ the CTC range for Senior Software Engineer role is around 13 to 18 lpa ( I got to know this internally, HR didn't tell me this ).

Also, My skills and experience are a perfect match with the job description.

So when HR ask me about my expected CTC, what should be my range so that I may not end up asking very less than I could get. Also, it could not be an unrealistic number.

What range should I give ? 
9 to 12 is fine?
 Or any suggestions would help me a lot...

Note - Notice Period - Immediate and I personally know the manager of the team I am going to join (if hired) in XYZ company but I don't know HR personally.

Hi, I have been with CTS for past 10 years and my CTC is still at 12.6 L. Now, i have started looking for oppurtunities and How much CTC can i expect with overall experience of 11 years and with PLSQL, SQL & Linux background?

Thave got an offer from IBM ISL for
20 LPA fixed, my current ctc is 18.5 LPA.
I was told if i quote a higher salary i might get rejected and they
inderectly forced me to say 20 LPA. I feel like that is low. What to do now.

My current CTC is 14.65 (13.65 + 1). Don’t think it’s fair as per market standards. Any comments?
