Hello everyone, Wanted opinion on the following offer I received right now from an ed-tech startup in gurgaon. My experience, 1YOE UiUx, Place- Delhi Current Salary 5.04LPA (All fixed and 5 day week office) What they are offering is 6LPA (90% fixed, 10% variable - based on performance, to be paid every quater, alternate saturday working) And I'll have to shift to gurgaon for the job. Is the offer good or what should I negotiate. I have to confirm it soon, since they want me to join by monday.

Hello, I have 5yoe at big4, currently working from my hometown. However recently I received an offer for a product company (pre-sales) which needs me to relocate to Bangalore. The hike is good 45% but considering the CoL I might just be saving 10-15k more per month than I do now. So, my question is, is it worth joining the product firm and relocate?

CCTC: 22LPA ( 5% variable) YOE : 8.5 Offered CTC : 29LPA ( fixed pay) + 10% variable+ 25K USD RSUs(4 years vesting period) + JB 1.5L + Relocation bonus 1L + 10L free medical insurance. Tech stack: L2 L3 protocols, python Current company: Cisco

I have around 2 years of experience. 1) 10 months in pervious company with 6 month internship and 4 month full time. 2) 1 year 1 month in current company. I recently applied for a company and was offered an MTS role. ( 18 cash, 50 private RSUs + additional benefits) Total CTC is approximately 34 LPA The offer sounds overwhelmingly good based on current market standards but when I checked company’s stock price in secondary markets, they are worth less than 50% of what was quoted by the recruiter. Right now I am a bit skeptical on the stock price as the company has not yet gone public but they plan to in next couple of years. Not sharing company and personal details for obvious reasons.

The offered CTC at Accenture is (9.6lpa fixed + 2 lakh variable +15k insurance +12k internet allowance+ 16k gratuity for each year of service.. Also I'll be joining as Cpp Developer whereas i was working on some low code.tool till now.. Shall I accept this offer?.

Job role : SDE1 Tech stack : Nodejs, React, AWS, DevOps CCTC: 6.5 all fixed Offer CTC : 8 fixed + 4 L ESOP + 1 to 1.5 performance bonus Is it worth it. I will be getting another offer 8.5 fixed. How to negotiate for that. It's is first switch and I was laid off in Feb. I'm moderately good at problem solving and have LC : 1600+ CF : 1450+ Please share your view. How are savings in European countries compared to India? I know quality of life will be better in Europe. But is it true that you feel alone there (being away from family)? I'm presently working at Walmart in Bengaluru with the following package: Total CTC: 32 LPA Fixed: 22 LPA Bonus: 5 LPA Stocks: 5 LPA (vested over 4 years) Recently, I've received an offer from Oracle, (Senior Applications Engineer) also in Bengaluru, with a fixed CTC of 34 LPA. While the package is slightly higher, my primary motivation for considering a change is to relocate to Hyderabad. Dilemma: Accept the Offer: Be on notice period and keep looking for more opportunities in Hyderabad. If I don't find a suitable position in Hyderabad during the notice period, join Oracle in Bengaluru and adapt to the new company. Reject the Offer: Continue my search for opportunities in Hyderabad while staying at Walmart. Key Considerations: Relocation to Hyderabad: This is my top priority. Package: While the Oracle offer is better, I would have preferred something around 40 LPA to make a definite move. Questions: Is it worth accepting the Oracle offer and continuing my job search during the notice period? Should I reject the offer and focus solely on finding opportunities in Hyderabad? Is there a possibility Oracle might agree to a location change to Hyderabad, especially if I negotiate? Looking forward to your insights and advice. Thank you!
