Should I resign.

What is wrong with the world? Why do thinks like these happen?

Need guidance from fellow experienced folks or who have done this before. What are the proper reasons to ask for a release. My reasons: - work is too hectic and repetitive and no growth technically (mostly support and maintenance once in a blue moon some dev sort of work). - Client is mismanaged they dont know what work is important and come with multiple deadlines even before prod day. - No proper KT is given when assigning a new task. - In the name of agile its kanban board and not jira (given a sprint task to be finished in a day or two and new tickets pulled in between). - Manager swaps ticket often in between sprint. - Manager is mostly away even on standups or client calls so we manage faking they worked and we manage in behind scenes. - Due to too many upcoming requests in tight deadlines from last 3 months wlb is miserable and have worked two weeks without an off once and night shift charges given is 220 only per day. Now I need your all guidance on what can be a better approach or how to improvise

I work in a company where I am daily abused they call me dumb and my manager says I lack intellect and it’s shocking I am engineering graduate where i should have taken arts. My team leads are no good they also leave no chance to abuse me or make fun of me. They sit right next to me and are busy making fun of me. On top of that this company tracks our mouse and keyboard activity with screenshot of our monitor every 10 seconds to evaluate activity even when in office and there is no remote work policy. Almost daily I am abused and my mental health is gone for a toss. I am in depression and also feel that maybe truck hit me before i go to office because daily I am ridiculed there. Remarks like : I will slap you if any change comes in PR. You are so dumb. Cannot code dumbo. and see recession what will happen if we fire you is common in company. I fear market situation. So i am confused what to do?

I am newly allocated to a project and it's just 2 weeks happened.There is too much pressure expectations are high than my experience and also i did not like the way they treat the people and the language they are using against me.l want to release from the project..Is there will be any impact for getting into another projects If I ask for release from the project.Need suggestions

I work for a start up and am currently on maternity leave. I am supposed to resume my work from the 2nd week of may. And My husband has to move to a different country for work. He is moving early next month. So I will have to take care of some of his responsibilities here, while he is away from home. Having a 6 month old baby and my father in law to take care of as well. I have decided to take a break from my career and sort things out. Once my husband settles down, we will move there and then I'll start looking out for opportunities. Now the question is, since I'm resigning during maternity leave and the project has no dependency on me. Can the manager or HR ask me to serve the notice?? Or will I be given an immediate release? I want an immediate release. Please advise!

Im Going to resign to this week, this is my first time, how should I do it so that they release me in 1 month(notice is 2 months) and be in good terms with them?

I resigned from capgemini, first week of April and was planning to get an early release. Did my work with utmost sincerity but when I asked them that I won’t be able to work after this prticular date in May, the HR and the manager got so rude and started threatening. I offered a buy back option but they’re not willing to accept that. I don’t know how to get out of this shitty organisation but if I’m not able to leave on my desired date… I wanna make the remaining days hell for my manager and the HR I wanna make them regret every second. I need some suggestions, what all things I can do? I’m on a billable client project and my manager begged me to not tell the client about my resignation. This 90 days NP is a trap guys. If they gonna fuck my opportunities, I wanna fuck them back. Happy to hear your thoughts.

I want to resign from my current organisation as soon as I can, but I don't want to make it look like I find the company or its people problematic (although I do find them to be) If at all my manager (she's not problematic) tries to retain me or asks me the reason, how should I respond?

Hey guys, I am leaving this crap company and there is a 3 months notice, I have already served 6 weeks and till now the manager has not accepted my resignation. I resigned without any offer and he said why do you need acceptance if you don't have offer. He first said that he will relieve me early and that's why he didn't accept, because if he does then he won't be able to relieve me early. But today he told me that it's not possible for him to relieve me early and I asked him to accept the resignation again. He said that they accept resignation on the last week and I won't be able to take any holiday if I accept the resignation. I think he's full of sh*t, I'm scared that he may try to increase my notice if something happens, that's why he's not accepting, I don't know if he can legally do that. Do I need to give any explanation as to why I need him to accept it, I don't trust this a**hole one bit. I need him to accept it, how do I do it and can he say no I won't accept.
