Why can’t Indian society grow up?

This is a rant post. Here is what is expected from a guy in India - Study well, go to a great college. - Get a high paying job. - Marry at the right time or else all your achievements are a waste. - Buy depreciating assets like car, houses etc - Have kids at the right time. - Give your kids the right upbringing. - Take care of your parents. - Be part of the society Whereas, for girls all of the above do apply but are good to have things and not a must have. If anything is missed from the above list, unfortunately society thinks you have not done the bare minimum. Now my question is who has all of this sorted considering at whatever point of life they are in.

I mean seriously if our schools also start teaching kids and teenagers about gender studies, feminism, wokism, cancel culture and all that stupidity, won’t it destroy our culture. We were saved because we didn’t had internet and smartphones back then by while growing up. But today’s kids and upcoming generations are not lucky. Already I see many school and college girls and guys speaking with an American accent, hating our own culture, watching only American movies/shows, and dreaming to become Americanised completely. . I somehow feel this shit will come and grab the attention of our kids generations 5/10 years down the line. Can anything be done to prevent it?

The initial autopsy indicated that the victim was murdered after being sexually assaulted. Why people think that they can get away with such heinous crime? Perhaps it’s because of the lack of stricter punishment for such crimes or slow justice system I mean how morally corrupt one has to be to commit such crime? Sometimes I feel we have failed as society especially when we Indians take pride in our culture of respect and dignity towards others. Also, I think man of this country needs better parenting and maybe forced to undertake a specialised course on how to treat opposite gender. Men of this country and maybe worldwide need better education on how to treat a woman and I say this as a man myself. The below image hits hard.

I see a lot of girls today have this condition of not staying with in-laws after marriage. I want to know the opinion of both genders on this. As I myself don’t understand what difference it makes. 🫠

Can we? We barely see accountability in anyone. I feel that all of our issues are because of this.

I travel a lot and meet many people while traveling. Foreigners as well as Indians. That's the best part. It helps to learn about foreign culture and also explore my mind while traveling places. But I have 1 thing in common with Indian girls nowadays. Most genz Male have saved in 6 to 8 digits at age 29-30 but most girls don't give a damn...they are really living yolo life and doing international trips, buying useless gadgets, mindless shopping bla bla... Basically, I want to ask- Is it just male responsibility to think about future plans and have enough cash flow to not get in the debt trap of home car etc or should women also think like this? PS - Above statement is for most of women and not all, so dunno take it personally. Comment your views in detail...am all ears!
