9.5 lpa (fixed) + 2 lpa (variable)

I have experience of around 3.5 years. I am working in capgemini currently and I’m serving notice period. Currently I’m getting 6.2 (fixed) + 30k (variable) and is my 2nd company.

I’m location bounded currently and I can only work from noida. Shall I join accenture or should I look for another offer for better salary.

Thanks for the suggestions.

You should keep trying, if you get a better offer (from work, package, etc wise) then you can join the new company.

However just be mindful to not ghost any company on your joining day, try to inform them in advance (in the worst case scenario 1-2 days in advance at least).

Bro service based companies are not worth it they pay less so try to get into bold.pro, Monotype, innovancer, Innova solutions, ukg. These companies pay well and are in noida.

Should I switch to accenture?

Hi everyone,

• Fixed: 9.4 LPA • Variable: 1.97 LPA (21%) • Total CTC: 11.3 LPA • Level: 10

Currently, I’m working at TCS with a CTC of 7.9 LPA (1 LPA variable)...
