Is snowflake a good option

I have SQL experience and I am trying to switch. In terms of switching, which one will be a good option.. and any course suggestion to get hands on.. please help

I’m currently working in CTS as PA with a package of approx 4.3 LPA. It’s been 2 years here and it’s a complete waste of time. First, they put me on bench after training and then recently, in Dec’23, onboarded me in a project. I’m looking for a change since there’s no learning at all here. Would be great if any of you good help me with an opportunity. Preferably a position requiring knowledge in Snowflake. I am looking to help my wife switch her domains. she is currently a FTE at infosys with ~6 years experience in the IT Services domain. She spent 5 years at IBM before joining Infy in same project. She has extensive onsite experience where she worked with IBM Australia with Westpac back. As expected, she has stagnated massively and will become completely disconnected with tech if she continues in these companies. One rather seamless switch that we feel she can pursue is moving to Snowflake platform and pursuing a career in either dev or as an analyst. She has been following tuts from multiple resources and aiming a certification as well, but lack of enough hands-on experience is making her nervous and preventing her from focussing on studies. Given the current market situation, job opportunities are not easy either. How can she explore internal switch within Infy to pursue Snowflake? Otherwise, how can she overall pursue this switch? We are f9 with her taking up contract positions as well as long as she gets to work on Snowflake.

I have been not getting any hike from last two years as accenture is skipping for all employees. I badly wanted to shift to bear my expenses. Hi I am in a tough situation that I really need a change and I am not sure how to make it..I have SQL experience, but limited experience...I cant say I am a SQL developer..but I do have experience in user story scripting and intermediate level in SQL and control m and datadog.. working in kind of application support and my total experience is 9.8 yrs which is why I am struggling now. I was in comfort zone and made mistake by not switching. Though I am performing well they didn't give me promotion nor a good vp. Now my manager is targeting me and asking me to avoid planned leaves and I am sure this time manager won't promote me. I am learning Power bi From cousrera..but meanwhile I am looking for opportunities with SQL support..if anyone knows any such roles openings pls do let me know...

Like the Data Frameworks: Airflow,SSIS,Azure Factory And Dataworks like Snowflake,Databricks,Postgres I need some guidance on which tool to start learning and if I plan to learn these tools for the next 6 months. Is it possible to crack the interviews....this is my 1st switch to a new company. Can anyone pls suggest which framework, Dataworks tool i need to start and has high possibility for getting switch to new company. If possible can you pls share the learning path 🙏🙏🙏. So I am currently working in a big 4 firm. Main work is on databricks and snowflake. I wanna switch my job but only have 1 year of experience. Now asking what should I do? I kinda hate my current job. Dev work is less mostly is just supporting other team members
