What to do?

Currently I am working in SQL which is kind of support work and I am trying to switch. I have 9 years of experience and in the same company. It's true that I made a huge mistake by staying in the same company and now I am struggling as I don't have many skills to list. I am planning to switch to snowflake by taking course and certification..since I have SQL experience..will that be a good option considering my experience, year of experience and in terms of package also. Please advise.

So I am currently working as a data analyst. Main tech stack is SQL, Python , pyspark , snowflake and databricks . I feel like I am not learning enough in the role so wanna switch after 1 year. Does anyone have any job openings . Open to startups as well as big companies .

I want to switch my role to a Data Engineering job as my current role is not having enough job opportunities outside. I am planning to learn tools on Data Engineering. Like the Data Frameworks: Airflow,SSIS,Azure Factory And Dataworks like Snowflake,Databricks,Postgres I need some guidance on which tool to start learning and if I plan to learn these tools for the next 6 months. Is it possible to crack the interviews....this is my 1st switch to a new company. Can anyone pls suggest which framework, Dataworks tool i need to start and has high possibility for getting switch to new company. If possible can you pls share the learning path 🙏🙏🙏. Graduated in 2021 have 2 yoe working in a b2b unicorn as sde-1, earning 20lpa fixed no esops. I made one switch last year. But now I realised I was learning more in my previous product company. Here most of the work is boring like writing repeated sql queries minor bug fixes and very little coding. Is 20lpa low as per industry standards for 2 yoe in bengaluru ?
