Ok here’s a basic checklist: - Check for probation period, notice period (both on probation and otherwise) - ensure date of joining is one that you and the recruiter mutually agreed on - study your CTC break up well, make sure you understans all components and if you have any doubts call the recruiter up - on that note calculate the in-hand too and double-check its what you both agreed on I think that’s about it.

If i landed a any offer so how smarty i can move to take it forward - Incident happened with my acquaintance - Once HR Called my acquaintance so acquaintance discussed CTC only and Joined the Company but after 1 Month HR Called for Offer Letter Collection so my acquaintance shocked because there were 3 months Notice Period So is there any Steps like HR Called- First Rough CTC Discussion - Ask for Company Agreement & T&C Etc Please mention your experience. I have recieved offer letter from Accenture having expected DOJ after 90 days ,I have 90 days notice period .I'll resign from my company(Cognizant ) and am afraid if Accenture will revoke my letter or won't reach out to me later then I'll be jobless . Can someone help me with the process,and how to calm down. Pov-Its my first switch.

Making my first switch, how to go about negotiating a decent offer

I had quoted a ctc, they have agreed with that ctc but now I think it's quite low (17.5 lpa fixed for 2.5 yoe). It's a startup. How do I negotiate it to more. They want me to accept offer letter asap. I am in the process of interviewing a couple of more companies where I hope to get around 22 lpa fixed. Should I accept it and then say no few days later?

my company is wipro, i got an offer from a startup, they are asking me to join in 25 days and asking a date so that they can put it on the offer letter. But as y’all know about service based companies N.P. how do I handle this as its my first job switch im frustrated. working in angular at wipro and will work with react in the startup.

Just a curious question. If i have 2 companies with almost the same offer(12 LPA), both are start-ups. Can I negotiate with 1 of them that I have another offer of around 14 LPA. And if yes do they ask for proof before joining or after? POV: It's my first switch?
