How to stop cravings?

I wanted to first post this in fitness then change my mind.... Disclaimer: I'm a foodie.. How to control hunger cravings... Especially this hunger calls when you want to lose weight... Some people say just eat it but in small portions... But I ain't work for me yo.. I'm not someone who gives in and then says I'm done.. I say I'm done only when it's fully done.. 😅 so any technique on how to control myself my temptation when I pass a friend chicken shop or these nae dropping pastries....

Looking for tips to quit smoking. I've tried a lot, I tend to stop smoking for a few days but then again I end up starting it :( If anyone has successfully quit smoking, I'd like to know their process

I'm a fitness chaser who can't control what I eat. So I do okay. I want to restart my fitness journey but a bit structured this time. So what's your fitness regime that I can jump into? Also what's your opinion on fitness tracker? I have my eye on Garmin watches but worried about their support.

Ever since I started working from home with minimal human interaction, food has become my friend. Everyday I eat shit ton of carbs and sugar because it calms me down. It wasn't like this before. Heck, I have even done 20 hour fasts when I was in college. Now, the only thing I look forward to is eating food. Help.

I had been working out on and off since covid and was not able to maintain consistency (used to workout at home regularly for a couple of years before covid). So I started going to cult a month back to be consistent and developed some good habits like 10k+ steps everyday, balanced meals and 5 days a week workout etc. Now, I didn't go for a workout for the last 4 days, and I started getting food cravings and I am not able to maintain the steps as well. What's the solution here? I feel just working out keeps me centred in terms of other habits as well, but how do you all manage workout breaks and maintain healthy habits during non-workout days?

My current job is consuming me completely. I don't get to upskill myself. Therefore, I am stuck in this vicious cycle where I want to leave my organization to work in a better environment along with skilled colleagues. However, to do this, I will have to upskill myself. Would love to hear your experience if you have been in a similar situation. How did things turn out for you eventually?

Smoking due to work related stress .

It’s clear to me that this isn’t good for me. My interaction with the outside world and being in the present is inversely proportional to how much I use IG/smartphone. IG is obv the strongest drug, but in general want to be more conscious about what I do on my phone, when Inuse it. Looking for genuine advice. Please help 🙏🏻
