Startups like Cred, Zerodha, Razorpay have amazing work culture and are doing good work.
I have Cred has slowed down tons and Razorpay is impacted due to the merchant acquisition freeze. There are lows. Zerodha can be a good place to work, but they have stringent hiring.
Yes, merchant acquisition freeze is impacting online payments, but solid growth in offline payments, neobanking and international expansion. Very few startups have scaled well in last one year. Razorpay is diversifying well in other areas and merchant acquisition freeze will get lifted at some point.

Razorpay doesn't have good culture and known for not sticking to their offer terms and conditions.
