How do you cope up with failures in career? Delayed timeline, failed project, not finding one's footing, navigating job and finding job satisfaction?

By only focusing on things you CAN control. Yes very hard in practice (even I cant do this, but sounds like a sound advice to me)
Every time u fail , just think does this thing mean anything after 5 years, mostly the answer is no.
Also , this project might be one of hundreds of projects your org has and your org might be one of thousands of such orgs . Believe in yourself.
In life , always the priority is family and health, you and then job/career

By looking around at other office folks. If such idiots can also remain employable, get a hike, and continue to prosper, I will probably make it
Everyone faces failures from time to time . In moments of despair itβs best to take a step back and reflect on the little moments that bring you joy , maybe in your personal space and use it to take a break , recharge yourself and come back again.

A lot of times career is only small part of your world. Have friends and family to speak to. I've had a tough career, tough bosses, toxic workplaces but realised one thing having a circle back home to talk to is the most important because they will pull you out of this rut.
Curre tly.my travel time is 4 hours 2 hours each way and hate it and on top of it my.project is getting scrapped and Im being shoved in a new team and Im not getting past in interviews as well. Mentally exhausting but I know that something good will come i just need to wait.
