Hey everyone I have an experience of almost 2.7 years in TCS (as a fresher) I have been in a project since the starting. I am from the field of automation testing using selenium and java I also have my expertise in API testing! I have also completed 4-5 projects for the same client! I cleared digital may 23 cycle and my current ctc is 8.1 ! When can I plan for a switch and how much hike can I expect? 
And also on last question is automation testing future proof?

I joined TCS 3yrs ago and since then I couldn't switch. I am planning since last year March but actually not able to work on it. Even I couldn't apply actively. Currently I am involved in a role which has nothing to do with development and I feel bit less confident. So I want to know why it is so hard to leave? Does everyone feel same? Is this ecosystem somewhat responsible for this?

In 3 months, I will get 4 years experience in software testing field. Previously I worked in a company for 1.5 years as a software tester and in last 2.3 years I'm working in Infosys. I have knowledge in java, python, selenium, testng and soapui testing. I also worked as a manual testing. I worked in JIRA and agile methodology. I'm good at manual testing too.. My current CTC is 5.65lpa. Shall I expect 12lpa in this current market as a 4 year experienced software tester? Is it possible? I'm a BCA 2024 graduate, I got an offer from TCS as Graduate Trainee for 2.8 LPA.

I'm thinking of joining it and upskilling myself and leaving after the probation period( 1 year).

As of now, I'm mid at coding, but I can pick it up fast, should I join TCS and upskill myself or should i spend the next 6 months on my skill then apply somewhere else?

I've heard TCS isn't for Freshers.

I hold a 3 yr experience in QA, and I tend to be the favourite tester/Quality Analyst for my clients as well.
Before that I was a flutter developer for 4 months and i enjoyed development.
I continued to work on flutter in my free time in parallel with QA tasks.
But i have no written proof or experience in flutter.
I left it after 1 year as managing both were difficult.
I want to start picking flutter again, but  somewhere I think I would not be an efficient developer as I'm an efficient and a good QA.

Can someone please help me here?
Help me to understand if i should pick flutter or not?
N if I should, will I get a higher pay than I am receiving today?
