Accepting a offer Process
If i landed a any offer so how smarty i can move to take it forward -
Incident happened with my acquaintance - Once HR Called my acquaintance so acquaintance discussed CTC only and Joined the Company but after 1 Month HR Called for Offer Letter Collection so my acquaintance shocked because there were 3 months Notice Period
So is there any Steps like
HR Called- First Rough CTC Discussion - Ask for Company Agreement & T&C Etc

Yes Happened with most of the employees because they just agree on CTC Part and Agreement to kya hai aata rehega keh ke company will play with t&c, FYI Company is really good, My Acquaintance is happy with the culture but but
My point is if is there any shitty company so they can easily play here, but there is a catch we didn't signed anything so employee is like Khulla Saand but point is he or she left the job which is better than current one
