Things need to be take care of during company switch and accepting offer letter. PS: Its my first job change.

Ok here’s a basic checklist:

  • Check for probation period, notice period (both on probation and otherwise)
  • ensure date of joining is one that you and the recruiter mutually agreed on
  • study your CTC break up well, make sure you understans all components and if you have any doubts call the recruiter up
  • on that note calculate the in-hand too and double-check its what you both agreed on

I think that’s about it.
