Got reached by the HR and I was planning to make a switch. Wanted to understand about the culture before I make any decision.

How is the work culture at Adobe, Noida?

Recently gave interview for adobe sde2. It’s been a month and hr is coming up with new reason for sharing feedback and saying they will conduct one more round of interviews. 
Anyone else having such experience ?
Also is adobe actually hiring or just doing this for filling backup positions .

Culture at Adobe Connect?

Trying to see companies that people here have had the dream to join, but didn’t ultimately work out. Have you now grown over it?

Which company were you obsessed with joining, but never could?

For me it was McKinsey 
 It was the best job out of college, status wise. 
  
 Did well in college and made it to the final shortlist. Was obsessed with it, read books and all about The Firm. 
  
 Then the interviews happened, couldn’t convert. Was a downer.  
  
 But 5 years later, doesn’t matter much. I feel life taught me better things. And my fascination of consulting jobs has changed drastically since :p

Have 10 months of work ex in same.

- Are PMs responsible for Product Discovery or just do Project Management for Engineers 
- Are PMs given Ownership to make a decision impacting business
- India PMs value to their counterpart US Managers 
- Learning culture for PMs

I know though I have asked many questions, but would appreciate honest answers on this and accordingly will like to take my judgement for their offer in Bangalore office for Product Lead Role.

I went through glassdoor, ambition box and others and only found poor reviews for them but couldn’t find reviews specific to product so your experience sharing these details would help.
