I think you should take the offer and keep trying for other interviews, unless,  
 you are financially stable, 
 no pressure from parents, 
 Have any other side business/family business.

Hey guys,

I am 2023 passout. I got laid off from my previous organisation in March 2024. I have almost 9 months of work experience and am currently looking for a job.

It has almost been 6 months to my job hunt. Got interviews from google companies like Blinkit Coinbase Google Oracle Razorpay etc. But somehow or the other things went south and i have not landed any offer yet.

There is one early stage startup thats offering me 40-60k per month. Considering that my last withdrawn CTC was 15LPA(all fixed) should i take this offer? Since the market is really bad for freshers.

Seniors, please help me out here!!! Lmk if you need any other details about my work experience.

I used to work in a early stage startup. Got selected from campus placement and they provided hefty fix pay(16 lpa) + 16 lpa ( spread across 4 years including esop and bonus) (totally fraud to come on day 0 in IIT). They now fired me. I interview at many startup and they are expecting too much from 6 months experience candidate. I am in between of offer from Deloite but they are only paying (11 lpa fix). What shall i do? According to market shall i take a downball or need to keep patience?

Hii, I'm a front-end developer having around 3 years of work experience. I got laid-off in 2023 just after 1.8years in an organisation. Then I joined another company and got laid off in 6 months. Now I have an offer from early stage startup but I'm too scared to accept it because of my experience. But on the other hand I don't have any offer as well. Will it look bad on my resume. I don't know... I've started thinking that something is wrong with me otherwise what is the chances of getting laid off twice within same year. 
First I loose my peace of mind because of work pressure and then I loose my work... pretty f**cked up situation.
I have never been this unde confident. 
What do you think shall I take the offer from startup again or wait few more months or more to get into good mnc??

To the senior people in the industry I need your advice badly. 

My background: I am a 2023,CSE graduate from NSUT Dwarka (Tier -1) college. I had an offee from company with CTC of 12LPA and that offer got revoked.

Currently I am working in a service based startup with peanuts as sallary. The work I am being assign here is mainly of Langchain and ML(which I don't have much interest in but can do if required).How do you get out of this company and should I stay here just for experience for atleast one year.

Can anyone help me with a sde or frontend or backend developer role I'm a 2024 passout worked in a startup for 10 months. Here's my skillset C,c++,Java, Javascript,Nodejs, SQL, python , a little bit of react, 
I mostly worked on list views, redirection , data modelling using mongoose 
I worked on a project where the pharama companies can request their new license or renewal their expired license seems easy but need to pass through various checks including government and different users so how to handle all these were too hectic 
So please anyone who is ok to refer me with a decent package is appreciated.

Offering decent hike and since i m part of first team...getting small equity too.

Should I join this offer?

I m confused. But also thinking...it is risky but a lot to learn and growth potential is v high.

Opportunities for 2024 Graduate

I recently got offer from an early stage startup in banglore. They raised a total funding of $5.19M over 2 rounds.

My offer is 13 LPA + 1 lakh retention bonus
5k per month for commute and health insurance

I have past experience of 2 years working with 2 startups and building apps from scratch for them.

Honestly I'm really confused about this offer, it is for sure better than my previous offer but I'm not feeling satisfied.

Any suggestions guys?

Should I join?

Last year March, I was hired as Growth & Marketing Lead in one of the companies abroad at 30LPA (Remote). Now, they are shutting the project I’m in and have received a notice. 

I’m a Marketer by profession with expertise in 0-1 growth in startups. I’ve 8 YOE. Now the problem is, 0-1 startups in India can’t afford me easily and other startups say I don’t have experience in series B and further kind of startups. 

If 0-1 have got good funding amount, they still want to hire someone who has experience of scaling Series A and further kind of startups. 

The basic chicken and egg problem. 

Although I’m trying to apply for the companies abroad, I’m super confused what should I do now. I’ve emergency funds to sustain 3 months but don’t want to rely on that.

Hello I'm 22F a 4th year student from a tier 3 college. I got placed on campus in a very small scale startup for 6.5 lpa but the internship period was of 9 months at 15k per month in blr. Now they have announced that they won't be giving PPO to us. My internship is ending in March 2024 before that I need to get into a new job. But all the openings are low paying i.e. 3 or 4lpa jobs and I'm in doubt with my DSA skills. I need someone who can mentor me on this path. I've worked on mostly Java, Springboot, Automation testing and C++. 
How should I prepare along with my internship in this 2 months?

So, today was my first day in corporate. Joined a company that i hate the most, the government job company. During the induction itself, I experienced shitty HR (including all their internal depts) policies and their shitty rules. They literally told new joiners that they are going to force associates to take up the project, no matter what tech stack you want to work in! what domain do you want to work in! 

Now, you may ask why did i join them in the first place? Well, the current job market for freshers is just too bad! Graduated in may 2023, spent past 4 months trying to get an interview, but never landed any (when applied with referrals HR said they want 4+ YoE, and also the struggle to get referral. got 2 replies on an avg per 40 DMs (<500 followers) per company, that too after expiry.) In the past 1.5 years, I've cracked OAs and tech rounds of fintech like phonepe and juspay, but final rounds went south due to ghosting and a bit of politics from the college side (i know this because I had some friends working for placement officer and also i confronted that officer). Hence, 4 jobless months led me to join this organization.

Please help me structure plan to get a good offer and leave this organization in 4 months.

Joined a company I hate the most

I am 2022 passout 24 yr old.I have joined one service based startup after college for 6.2 Lakh.But Out of 10 months I was on the bench for 8 months so in that period I have prepared for interview and Got the offer of 17 LPA.Its been 8 months in this job , But from last 2-3 months my growth is stagnant and I got bored as their is not much work as well.So should I go for another switch or wait ?

Hello Hyderabad. My on campus offer of 15 LPA has been revoked by the company before 15days joining and i have no option, so confused right now. I secured an on campus offer at the starting of placements and my offer got revoked 15days before the joining and i am left with no options now, lost many good opportunities on campus. As i was already placed my tpo cell didn’t allow me to sit for other companies. So confused now. Now not many companies visiting college and the offer was 15Lpa. It was of 4rounds. Bit scared now as i was relaxed after the offer and stipped dsa. Now i have started again. But still so much confusion going on.
