Should I join?

I recently got offer from an early stage startup in banglore. They raised a total funding of $5.19M over 2 rounds.

My offer is 13 LPA + 1 lakh retention bonus 5k per month for commute and health insurance

I have past experience of 2 years working with 2 startups and building apps from scratch for them.

Honestly I'm really confused about this offer, it is for sure better than my previous offer but I'm not feeling satisfied.

Any suggestions guys?

I've interviews ongoing but for now I've only have this offer. And I'm in trouble to make the decision because I've already hold the HR for a week now. I need to make final choice.

Previously they offered me 12 + 1, then after negotiation they made it 13 + 1.

I think 14-15 would be the best atm but I'm not sure if they'll do that.

I mean if there are no red flags then join and while in probation if u get better offer then just jump ship.
