I've handled copywriting, creative strategy, and execution for brands for the last 8+ years. Many of those in agencies, and the last few in a B2B SaaS tech company. Because of my agency background, I know I'm pretty underpaid, but since that can change now, I wanna know what's the baseline for my profile considering my experience. I kill it with creative requirements for branding, paid promotions and literally anything under the sun that the brand needs. Nothing long form, because that's a different ball game altogether. I'm getting just under 20LPA right now. I'm up for appraisals soon. I've been with this company for 2+ years. Please tell me what's the salary bracket I should be in. I'm great at what I do, just not this salary stuff 🤦🏾‍♂️. Please help a brother out! Looking forward to your responses, or questions if y'all need any more clarifications to give an answer.
