I work at an marketing ad agency. Where iam being offered 5.8lpa . Is it a fair amount or should I aim for higher . Iam a fresher , recently graduated. But I have all the required skills and have done lots of projects

I’m a copywriter with 4 years of work experience with some fairly big brands. Revently a few people have been reaching out for copy projects. Some are willing to pay per project, and others look at a long term commitment. So far I’ve been letting them tell me what they are willing to pau and if it seems okay to me I take it up. I want to ask if there’s a better way to work around this? How do I know what’s a fair compensation to write a video script? And what do I quote when someone wants me to come on board their brand for long term projects? Please advise..

I’ve have worked in startups all through my career but am now getting lured towards working on the agency side to get an opportunity to work on much bigger brands but I’ve been going through some career pages and OMG, how are they still paying peanuts to even Senior Copywriters in metropolitan cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore. It’s insanity. Or maybe I’ve just tasted the zirp startup honey. I am not opposed to taking a pay cut for a year or two if it results in compounded growth, but do you all feel like it’s worth it? How much are avg 26-28 y/Os earning at any kind of agency model?

im a product intern transitioning to APM. Is 13L base a good place to start. I feel its a little too low as everyone seems to be making more than me. Hi guys, I am currently working as an APM at an AI startup(B2B SAAS) working on genAI product. Have 2 YOE and base of 20 LPA. Looking to switch due to growth barrier and work culture. Have given interviews with startups in similar domain for APM roles but getting ghosted after 3-4 rounds. I am looking for 20-30% hike. Am i asking too much? Any suggestions?
