I wanted to first post this in fitness then change my mind.... Disclaimer: I'm a foodie.. How to control hunger cravings... Especially this hunger calls when you want to lose weight... Some people say just eat it but in small portions... But I ain't work for me yo.. I'm not someone who gives in and then says I'm done.. I say I'm done only when it's fully done.. π so any technique on how to control myself my temptation when I pass a friend chicken shop or these nae dropping pastries....

Get a weight machine and see how much you weigh everyday after you wake up. If that doesnt motivate you, nothing will.

Take a full body health checkup. Check cholesterol levels. Be around people who discuss health and are health conscious . Automatically your mind would just align. I stick with health conscious senior peers. Only go out with them for breaks. Have what they have and just stop. Just shadowing them. If they take the stairs I do too. After reaching home I immediately finish my dinner so I am full and not craving junk.
Yup it worked for me once.. But was not consistent in it.. Will try that again

Eat A lot of fibre, protein and drink a lot of water.
