Screening is green and after it " shortlisted After screening" is in orange. What can I expect. It's been like this for 2 weeks now
Dude, this is really super frustrating but you should see at the brighter side at least your application made it past the first hurdle. Though it does not necessarily mean they are moving to the next step right now!
Most big companies like Infosys take time at this stage. Sometimes it’s just the volume of applications or maybe some internal stuff going on that delays things. It’s totally normal for these steps to drag on a bit—just part of the process you know!

If you have appeared for an interview at Infosys and the status of your application shows a yellow or orange colour, it implies that your candidature is still in consideration. It is not a final selection yet, there may be further stages to the selection process. Also, there are several candidates the company may have shortlisted for evaluating against certain parameters.
Furthermore, there are chances of people being rejected at this stage as well. Hence, even though you may be shortlisted after screening Infosys, until the green colour appears as the status of your application, you will have to wait. Please wait for 2-3 weeks before checking with the HR.
