I gave my video interview on December 6th, 2024, for the role I mentioned above. After the interview, my application status changed from 'To Be Interviewed' to 'Decision Pending' (highlighted in orange) with a message stating : "The candidate has attended the interview. Pending for internal review."
However, it has been 10 to 15 days left, and I still haven't received any updates from HR. My application status remains unchanged.
Could someone please assist me with this? I would appreciate any clarity on whether I am likely to be selected or not.
Note: The status 'Decision Pending' appeared only once after the status 'To Be Interviewed'. All statuses are displayed in green, except 'Decision Pending', which is highlighted in orange.
