I got a good hike this year. Around 34% mostly because I got promoted and my hike in the previous year was shit. I work in finance

For the first time in these many years, i have got a hike of only 7%, the reason stated is on going concerns in US market. But it is very difficult to digest the same as 2 years prior i got a hike of 26% and now only 7%. I feel being broke as giving an organisation your 5 years of handwork, 7% is nothing.
