I am a 2023 batch undergrad. I got 6 month internship offer from Amazon and another offer of 9.8 lpa full time from another company.Inspite of working so hard and my good performance Amazon did not provide PPO. I am also trying for opp campus opportunity. The company that I am going to join has notice period of 3 months. In many of the job posting I see that joining is immediate to 30 days. Will the 3 month notice period be a hindrance in my career path .will it be so difficult switching cmp?

I am currently working as intern at Microsoft (Offcampus), the chances of PPO are very high but I don't like the work and project here, so I might not take it. Before this I interned at a fintech startup (Offcampus) for 7 months, where I would have loved to join full time but my PPO got cancelled due to sudden hiring freeze in the company :( Applied to entry level SDE jobs in a lot of companies but got no replies or the typical "There is a hiring freeze, we'll contact you once it ends." Hello everyone, I am an ML Engineer Intern and have been doing full time internship since past 1.5 years, will be completing one year in June at current company, so the thing is I will be graduating in 10 days and the company is still not talking about PPO, so what should I do now? I don't have another offer as I did not sit for on campus placement because no good companies were coming and I am earning more or approximately equal to most of the companies paying for full time in college. Now I am a bit scared as I will be graduating and still don't have a full time offer, I am the guy in college where everyone used to tell that I will grab the highest package and here I am in this uncertainty whether I will get full time offer from current company or not. I have worked very hard, even worked late nights and even on weekends and still they are bot talking about PPO and I am applying off campus but there are not many openings for freshers or 2024 graduate even though I have more practical knowledge and skills, so what should I do now, continue as an intern till I get full time or what should I do? I know Python, ML, DL, NLP, tensorflow, pytorch, django, javascript, GO, Docker, linux and I am a very good learner too. So if anyone of you can help then it will be good, I have posted before also on this platform but have not received any help, though got couple of referral but they were of other profile or required more experience and hence got rejected without even an OA. So please refer me or give advice what should I do next?

Many companies laying off employees while they're hiring parallely, if you know any such companies please share there name....so we don't end up joining such confusing workplace......

I am a final year student currently working as SWE intern at a startup. It’s been around 8 months here. Probably they’ll give me a PPO, but since the market situations are not good I am a bit unsure about it. I am looking for some better opportunities. If there is any lead please let me know. Thanks

Currently in 3rd year of B.Tech Electrical engineering from tier-1 college. I didn't get any internship as only 2 companies came for interns that too took only 6 people( 1 - nvidia and 5 - Texas). I tried applying on LinkedIn and Indeed and cold mailing HRs but I am not getting any return mails from any HR. I have applied to the summer internship program of IITs but I think I don't have a chance as my CGPA is low compared to others(8.42/10). What do I do to get an intern?

Hello everyone, So I am an ML intern and a 2024 cs graduate, I have been doing internships since 3rd year of my engineering and right now I am interning at an startup since 1 year and I don't have any full time offer as of now and the startup where I am interning is also not talking about full time offer, so what should I do now, ask for increment in stipend, ask for full time offer(talked to them in December, HR told will see when in April may, when we will raise funding, he also added "consider that you will not get" but I still kept interning) or keep applying at other places?

Hello I'm 22F a 4th year student from a tier 3 college. I got placed on campus in a very small scale startup for 6.5 lpa but the internship period was of 9 months at 15k per month in blr. Now they have announced that they won't be giving PPO to us. My internship is ending in March 2024 before that I need to get into a new job. But all the openings are low paying i.e. 3 or 4lpa jobs and I'm in doubt with my DSA skills. I need someone who can mentor me on this path. I've worked on mostly Java, Springboot, Automation testing and C++. How should I prepare along with my internship in this 2 months?
