The startup is Accel and Elevation backed. The company raised seed funding because the founder and team is from IIT- Kharagpur, and Accel + Elevation have people from IIT-Kharagpur working in their team. The founder has no prior work experience, no manners on how to speak with anyone (office boy, or women employees) keeps firing people who don’t agree with him, insists on being in the office for 12 hours because he pays us. Hiring criteria is - 1. Single people, so no distraction. He asks are you single or in a relationship (in the interview) 2. No married people 3. Hire women only if they can stay in office till 5 AM (US based startup) 4. Everyone has to be in office for 12 hours compulsory for all 6 days of week He boasts on how the VCs will save his ass even if the product fails, has said that worst case scenario I will make money because I know company will be acquired. He hires domain experts, makes them create playbook and train juniors to do the work, and then fires them saying "We have to stay lean, and this is a bad market". He did this with 3 departments already. How are the VCs not asking him basic due diligence questions? He is now raising 8 million follow up round.

If you just got hired or promoted and the company you work for just did layoffs such as Google. wait a few days to post your big celebration post out of respect for those who just got some of the worst news of their careers. It just seems like the kind thing to do. Specially to all Google Linkedin influencers!!!! I am sick of 10-15 PMs, SDEs selling FAANG courses, posting pictures of Google celebration, Googleversery etc,. How can you celebrate when your friends & colleagues are laidoff??

Opportunities are so much more then when I stared. We never flaunted getting a job into a Top company even when options were fewer. What is the need to give average gyan on linkedin for getting a job offer. Open question to Gen Z why are you so desperate for social validation?

I know this might suck a lot in the current market, and many people are looking to get one. I agree. I have been in the pace and got my role from an app, and I can help some folks who are looking for a job now by providing proper mental support, boosting their effort and strength, and providing support as far as I can, and yes, it is charged. A minimal amount of 0000000 (LinkedIn 6 figure Ghostwriter ) and an endless supply of events in my life and others helping them craft paths in this bad time Honestly, taking 3 to 5 people in 0 to 3 years 2) LinkedIn Sick people who post SS are really pathetic, as I saw one of his men-tee posts getting a lot of attention and offers, and among them was a company and a payroll, which I attended and found toxic, and I messaged him to tell his men-tee not to accept as he had other PBC offers, but the twist turned as he started selling his courses for data architecture, in which I was not interested as I am a non-tech guy and I never needed them, but ended up blocking as he was telling that the VP of xxxx was my student. I do not know why they are desperate to sell shit even if their companies and their loss coders pays better 3) From my last post, I found on the suggestion of many people that people do not prefer groups, and finally, I thought to create a mini group of a maximum of 7 people from Bangalore with the same mindset, starting from the base, plans to have a business,, side income, talks about good food, health, a positive mindset, and friendship.
