Few weeks watched a reel from a famous influencer about this app where he shared the benefits one can gain from it and i did download the app and tried to open it and yet the app didn’t open even after my multiple tries so I uninstalled the app. 

Today, i did try to install it once again as i had to do my mobile phone recharge. 
I added the money to the wallet (3k) and then went on to do the recharge.
My recharge wasn’t successful and yet the money got deducted from the wallet. 
I have lost my 3k.

I did complain about it and still there is no response from their end. 
I even tried to call the helpline number and yet no response. 

Can anyone help me what to do now in such cases?
Can i get my hard earned money back?

Please share your knowledge and help me with it.

I have lately realised that many people have fallen for this scam and have lost their money. 

I don’t know how come PlayStore still allow such apps to run such scams.

How to solve such cases? 

From Consumer Side::
Few say app lock - okay
Few might say - not saving cards -> if wallet is topped up in thousands, still can be an accidental order 

From Brand Side::
Auto-read OTP - why should payment involved verifications need to auto read OTP?
Cancel order - Since the max deliveries happen in < 15 mins, they don't have option to cancel? 

Kids, these days have gained quick knowledge on how to use mobile phones, how should this be solved in the long run?

For some reason this app (loan provider) does not seem to have implemented rate limiting on OTP requests. I have received 10+ otps in the last hour on my number. Their customer care is unresponsive. While the chances are still low - a scammer could just brute force an OTP match at some sufficient scale of phone numbers and requests - to get a loan sanctioned.

Any ideas on how to stop this 🥵

I have just applied for Voter ID address change after the election in Bangalore. But other than the acknowledgement that I received online, there is no data of my application (in transit) on the voter portal. I even tried logging a complaint for which I was told that they will process my application shortly. 

Is it because of the ongoing application that these kind of requests are being delayed?

I'm getting a feeling that grapevine support is like women on this app. Both don't exist (its a joke).

Having some trouble verifying my work id.
Tried sending a mail to them and no response since a few days. Tweeted the founder on Twitter and no response there as well.
