Can I get referral

Hi guys, I have two years of experience working in finance domain, and I’m looking for a job change. I feel like I am too much underpaid and even my manager says that for the kind of work which I am doing and the knowledge which I have, I should be paid much more. But the company is not ready to do so. As a result, I’m looking to jump ship. Can somebody refer me to their company? primarily, I have worked with golang and Kafka and in my previous company, worked with Java and spring boot, if needed will learn more stacks, but please help me
