Can i do internal switch

Hi all, I’ve been working with oracle for almost 2 years. It feels stagnant now. No new skills, newtech to work upon, moreover my position is Associate SDE but I’ve been with QA team since beginning. I’ve talked to manager regarding same but no fruitful outcome. I feel stuck. Im actively looking for switch but can’t figure out which skills to study or start from bcoz different companies ask gor different skillset. And my profile looks more like automation tester then SDE. Pls help !!

Just finished my culture fit round with Microsoft GD for consultant role. I'm confident I'll get an offer for hyderabad. I know GDs reputation. I have 6 years experience and a ctc of 10.x from a local small startup. I wanted to understand after how long in GD can I apply to IDC. I'm willing to give it all. All the hard work required. But do I have to complete 1 year for internal switching.? Anybody know?

In HashedIn by Deloitte had anyone did internal switch from Developer to product? If yes need your guidance.

I am 2022 passout 24 yr old.I have joined one service based startup after college for 6.2 Lakh.But Out of 10 months I was on the bench for 8 months so in that period I have prepared for interview and Got the offer of 17 LPA.Its been 8 months in this job , But from last 2-3 months my growth is stagnant and I got bored as their is not much work as well.So should I go for another switch or wait ?

Hey I joined infosys in oct - 2022 and now it’s been 1.8 months. My tech stack is MEAN stack but I was on bench through the year, recently got into a project but for only 4 months. I developed and learned by my own and gained a better knowledge on angular. Now the situation my company has made for me that I need to switch asap, within a month or two. Can anyone suggest me how to prep specifically so that I get offers from other company. My DSA skills are gone and feel like I need to learn again from basics. I have knowledge about angular. Can anyone suggest me how much DSA I should learn and focus right now to clear interviews. I’m planning to get a grasp over python and start doing DSA questions in that plus polishing my angular skills too. I have basic knowledge of node.js MongoDb too. Will I’ll be able to switch within this time frame? Please can anyone guide me through it so that I can plan smartly and can switch. Your help will be really appreciated.

I have 2+ years of experience but I am on bench for more than 2 years. I didn't even solve 1 single task. So if I switch the company then is it very difficult for me to work there? Can you give me some tips.

I have mostly worked in legacy codebase in Oracle org (C, Linux) and it's been nearly 5 years since I have joined. ( I had health issues for 2+ years due to which I couldn't prepare consistently), and I am feeling very stuck now, so how difficult would it be for me to switch to a Java based backend role and what should be the way forward for me

Need your suggestions, I have a total 7 years of experience and recently switched to one of the organization and this is my 3Rd switch, It has been 3 months no learning scope here and in future roadmap also I couldn't see anything much for my tech stack , and current project is too much of Micromagemet, though of switching to other company, as I switched 3 months back can try other switch now? I am a 2023 graduate and I have joined the company in 2022 as Software Development Intern. I have completed my internship and working as a full time. The environment of the company is very toxic and there is too much politics (even in getting user stories). I want to switch company so badly, but i don't know why I am not getting interview calls and revert back from any company. I daily apply for atleast 2-3 companies, I have good profile on leetcode, good projects. Can someone please guide me what should I do to make a switch.
