Capgemini has a 12 day office rule in one month. And time is also flexible.  
 I don't think it would be a problem even if it's hybrid.

Hybrid but then afterwards she has to come although for 12 days. that is problem

I have offer from Accenture but I have one year old twins baby, so is the Accenture provide me WFH facility or transfer to nagpur location where my family is leaving.

I talked with my HR she told me after getting project it depends on the project.

So please anybody help me what are the flexibility with Accenture woman employee.

As in my current organisation "TCS" I got 6 month maternity leave and 6 month WFH but now they are not providing WFH so I want to switch and looking for other job.
