Can someone share the leaves policy of Capgemini-India.

As per I know, the Capgemini leave policy in India, gives near about 26 leaves every year. You can take this leaves for any reason, maybe for a long vacation or you are sick or just a casual leave for some urgent work.

They have also got other types of leave such as maternity or parental leave, and medical leave if you’re dealing with something big like surgery. Just make sure to keep your manager in the loop so there are no hiccups with work.

Capgemini leave policy for Indian employees is very flexible. My friend works at Capgemini and taking a leave is very easy, he says. Every employee gets annual leaves for 25 days every year which is quite a lot. There are also marriage leaves, maternity leaves and vacation leaves. In other companies where employees are not allowed to take leaves, Capgemini allows two leaves a month, given it is a 3-month notice period. Sometimes I feel my friend enjoys working at Capgemini only because they offer so many leaves.
