let me tell you Wipro's leave policy because I worked there in the start of my career. Wipro employees typically get 20–22 days of paid time off each year, which includes earned, sick, and casual leave. it is a good amount, more than normal companies.
I founded the Wipro leave policy to be quite employee-friendly during my time working. Casual and sick leave are included in the company's 22 days of yearly leaves. Public holidays and a chance to carry over unused leave are also available. Personally, I loved the flexibility. All things considered, Wipro's leave policy is good.
21 yearly leaves, 5 sick leaves, and 1.75 leave credit every month, thats more or less is the Wipro leave policy. There are some new changes recently. One of the major rule is you is required to come to the office at least three days a week. You failed to do it and your holidays are gone! So for instance when you want to take leave- follow the office attendance rule, unless you do not mind losing leave days.

Recently I came to know that with the new rule, you are required to work from the office for a minimum of three days in a week. If you don’t do that, Wipro will start knocking off leave on every work from office day that is missed. So, in case you have any plans of taking some time off, do it according to your attendance in office or else you stand to lose more leaves than you thought.
Tbh it is good to be aware of your leave balance so that you can plan your vacation or may be do something else on your leave. And if you have any uncertainties, don’t worry mate, the HR will be there for you—they tend to explain things better than the managers. In general, the leave pack from Wipro is fair, just look after the new attendance policy and things will be fine.
