Accenture leave policy is very straightforward. You get three kinds of leaves in Accenture: casual leaves, earned leaves and sick leaves. For both casual and sick leaves, you will get 12 leaves. And you will get 18 earned leaves. For earned leaves, you will require approval from the manager whether you can avail it or not. But, for sick and casual leaves you need to just notify the supervisor and take the day off.

Out of many things I love about Accenture is Accenture leave policy. The company offers generous amount of leaves to employees. We are offered basically three kinds of leaves: casual leaves, sick leaves and earned leaves. The number of earned leaves are 18 and for casual leaves and sick leaves the number is 12. For earned leaves, we don’t need approval from the manager, but if I want to use my sick leaves and casual leaves, I only notify my supervisor and that’ll do.
I have been working at Accenture for over a year and I agree to the company's excellent leave policy. I was thrilled by the wide range of leaves offered when I first started, including personal, sick, and vacation days. The company promotes work-life balance by allowing employees take time off when necessary. For example, I had no trouble using my vacation days properly during a busy task. An important benefit has also been being able to carry over unused leaves. The Accenture leave policy, in my opinion, supports both professional and personal needs.
I remember when I first joined Accenture, one of my main questions was about work-life balance, specifically the leave policy. I quickly discovered that the Accenture leave policy is designed with employees well being in mind, offering a good balance between work and personal life.
I had access to a variety of leave options as a full-time employee, including earned leave, sick leave, and casual leave, a total around 30–40 days each year. Also, there were other choices, such as parental leave and bereavement leave for particular situations. Accenture even provides flexible work schedules to help employees in maximizing their time. I was able to refresh and continue to be active without worrying about leave limits because of this organized policy. Accenture stands out in the company sector thanks to its well-rounded strategy that focuses on employee satisfaction.
