Category manager v/s Product Manager

Request you please show some help here if you can as i have been laid off recently

I have been lately curious about the two PMs (Product Manager vs Program Manager). If anyone can help with answer to these questions that would be great Does your company have both roles? If yes, are salaries for both on par. If not, who gets more salary

I've 6 years of experience in B2C sales along with GTM strategy. I've been looking out for jobs for the past 6 months and I am getting interviews but somehow nothing is working out. My skill set basically includes stakeholder management, GTM strategy, revenue strategy, negotiation along with some knowledge of performance marketing. I've done BTech and do not have a master's degree. I've been contemplating doing some courses but I'm confused between Program Management and Product Management roles. Can the Grapevine community give me some guidance here.

Same as title. Wanted to understand the day to day duties of a Program Mgr in Amzn. Do they have any decision making powers, do they get involved in designing business/tech logic or it's simply a fancy courier service ?

How are they different in tech and offline/D2C companies?

What exactly is this. Every pm role I see seems more like a success role to me (in the b2b industry) for non tech early careers. No actual identification of opportunities to build. Ppl in this field do help me out!

Was checking springworks' job description as ive heard good things about them. Both roles seemed kind of the same. Can someone guide and tell me abkut the difference?
