Communication Issue
I have good grip on grammar but when I try to speak I lose control and I am always lack of words while speaking but this is not the case while writing. How to improve this thing? One thing worths mentioning here that I become nervous pretty quickly. It may be the potential cause behind this issue.
Speak slowly and take pauses. You might feel that you’re taking too much time to talk but that’s how you learn to articulate your thoughts better. Once you gain confidence increase your pace if needed or continue at the same

Best advice, this works for speaking as well as playing any musical instruments. Practice and get confident at speaking slowly, one day you'll suddenly realise that you can speak fluently.
Also listen to Obama speak. One of the best communication traits is speak slowly, speak whole words and don't use slang. Yes instead of Ya , don't use too much Uh and Um.

It could also be coz of lack of clarity of thought

Be prepared for meetings by writing down what you want to discuss - problem statement, blockers, solution etc. Use a template to create such document for starters and move to a mental model eventually

I was what you call a 'gawar' in english, absolutely terrible, and couldn't speak a single sentence. It took some time, but it got better.
How? Unconsciously, i used to watch a lot of english movies, listened to a lot of english songs, read a lot of english newspapers and tried to act cool in english with my friends. I never realised this, but overtime i became really well in articulating my thoughts.
All in all I'd say, give it some time, try to converse in english as much as you can with people who will help you through it and won't call you an angrezi ka 14 for the same. All the best man, you got this.

Hey, thank you so much for your advice. Really appreciate it.
I've also started consuming more english content, hopefully this helps :)
Go to chatgpt and ask it to write a script for you to improve public speaking. Then take that script and start a zoom meeting with the camera on and record it. Re-watch it and generate another script and try to fix those issues. In 4 weeks you will see control on your language and grammer.

Some things which will definitely help;
1. Talk to yourself when you’re alone, and talk in English.
2. Write your own journal, or blog, whatever. It could just for your eyes or for public.
3. At times, record yourself while talking. Could even be meeting records you go through which can help correct things.
4. Read books, and read them out loud or murmur to yourself (when you’re alone).
You already speak your mother tongue well and you’re speaking a second (or a third) language which is impressive in itself.
Don’t be nervous, you’ll be fine!
Don’t get nervous man. Just clench your fist hard and go into any situation like you are King of the situation

Why do you get nervous ? Diagnosing that may help , also try to practice as much as you can , the more you do it the less nervous you will get.
Do self talk more often telling youself that next time when you are talking to someone, you are speaking to express and discuss, and not to impress or get an immediate agreement from the other side.
This should take away a lot of emotional burden off.
Watch your breath while talking and keep reminding yourself not to hurry but be calm and composed while speaking.
I suggest some podcasts with ANC 🎧s to listen. You will notice improved communication in 2 weeks.
