Amaranta at Oberoi Gurgaon
Jolly Nabobs at ITC Windsor Bangalore
Rim Naam at Oberoi Bangalore (highest rated BLR restaurant)

Leela Indiranagar has one of the best breakfast spreads Had gone to a Hilton in Indore, they had mad breakfast. Jalebi and Samose for breakfast hit different.

TBH though, often feel that 5 star hotel food now doesnt have that kind of difference. Because there are excellent restaurants that are cheaper and less 'pretentious'
