I am from a tier 1 college and our placements season is going on, this year the market is very bad, we have very less companies than the previous year and the pay is low as well. From Dec 1, our interview will start but till now I have got no interview shortlist. But I have got an off-campus offer for 13LPA in Greater Noida, I wanted to ask if 13LPA is good enough for living in Greater Noida. The recruiter asked me how much I expected I panicked and said 13LPA, actually I wish more than I said, I mean if they give 13LPA as base rather than CTC then it is more than enough for me. Should i take the offer or negotiate or do what? If negotiated, then how can the company agree to 13LPA base? 

TL;DR: should I accept a 13LPA offer or negotiate it, for a dev role in Greater Noida. I am fresher sitting for my campus placements.

Also I'll be joining as Cpp Developer whereas i was working on some low code.tool till now..

Need your advice, I have around 4 years of experience currently working for Total CTC 20.7 LPA (19.2 lakh  fixed + 1.5 reimbursement benefits) and it's work from home. Can be laid off anytime. Since I'm on bench for last 6 months without any billable role.

I got an offer from a company in Mumbai they are giving me a 30 percent hike from fixed around (24 LPA + 2 Lakh joining bonus ) for Navi Mumbai location. And it's going to be work from the office.

Is it worth considering the opportunity ? This will be my 3rd switch, is it harmful switching often. Please help and advice

Hi Folks. I'm a Project Management Professional with 8 years of work experience in PPM, PMO, PM, GRC, TMO, etc. Very good experience in Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Project Management & PPM Tools. I've great EQ and IQ, and have always been the person to get the work done. Hold a TATA Value Award as well. Due to some unfortunate turn of events, I had to go through a bad phase and took time off for 2-3 months in early 2024. Now, I've got few offers but not happy with the offered CTC. I'm from core Engineering background and hold a Project Management Certification. My last drawn CTC was 20 LPA all fixed. Trying for >25 LPA.
Current Location is Kolkata and I can relocate to other cities. Looking forward to start my next employment soon and I'm in dire need of this. Could you please check and refer me for suitable opportunities? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 🙏

I got an offer from Accenture. It says my Annual Fixed Compensation is 6.3 Lakhs.
Variable Bonus isn't mentioned clearly but ranges between 0-21%.

1. Can someone help me understand how much salary I'll get in hand in Accenture? What will be the annual CTC?
2. Also, is it a good time to join Accenture? I heard people talking about random layoffs and all.

My current CTC is 5LPA.
Also, at the end of the year my CTC in my current organization will be 6LPA.

Hey, I am earning 7 lakh per annum after 5 YOY. I have an offer letter of 11 lpa. I know I can be offered packages up to 14 lpa in a couple of weeks. I am underpaid in my current company. 

However, I don't want to make a switch right now. I am very sure about it. The job is pretty good. My manager is a kind and learned man, I am learning quite a lot. Plus the job is not hectic and it is allowing me moonlighting (secretly). I earn around 1 lakh per month through moonlighting.

How should I request/urge/encourage my company to offer me a hike of 25% to 30%. The company will most likely offer me a hike of 10% to 15%. 

I will make a switch after 6 months (2 years of experience with this company). There is quite a lot of instability on my CV. My main idea is to be here till 2 years and increase my base here to 9 lpa. 

I am a good or maybe exceptional performer. My performance was rated 4.50/5

Hello everyone... I'm working in an early stage startup, things with my product team are really good but with the rest of the team like tech, marketing & sales it's really toxic...and I witness that toxicity regularly not directly but indirectly & from time to time I have to witness the same toxicity during stakeholder meeting plus the office vibe is also not that good kind of drains my energy 
Now when I tried to put down my papers my manager tried to give me a good raise currently I'm at 8 LPA with 1 year of experience & he is giving me a raise of 50% (12 LPA)
Now I'm really confused about what to do...need suggestions
