Hi everyone, I am working in big MNC company since march 2022. Company - Infosys Salary package - 4,10,000 / year Total Exp- 2.5 years I am getting low salary compared to others. But when I think about switch, I remember about 3 Month Notice period. How should I proceed with other company while this type of Notice Period. Can anyone suggest me

Hey I joined infosys in oct - 2022 and now it’s been 1.8 months. My tech stack is MEAN stack but I was on bench through the year, recently got into a project but for only 4 months. I developed and learned by my own and gained a better knowledge on angular. Now the situation my company has made for me that I need to switch asap, within a month or two. Can anyone suggest me how to prep specifically so that I get offers from other company. My DSA skills are gone and feel like I need to learn again from basics. I have knowledge about angular. Can anyone suggest me how much DSA I should learn and focus right now to clear interviews. I’m planning to get a grasp over python and start doing DSA questions in that plus polishing my angular skills too. I have basic knowledge of node.js MongoDb too. Will I’ll be able to switch within this time frame? Please can anyone guide me through it so that I can plan smartly and can switch. Your help will be really appreciated.

Hi all i m currently working as sap consultant and i m not interested in this..and i want to move to data analyst or data scientist role.. currently having 1.5 years of experience..and i have learnt SQL python Tableau and currently learning probability Please let me know what i have to master in above to get a job And also i have 90 days as notice period Is it possible to reduce or buyout in my current company Accenture If anyone can help me ,it would be helpful for my career and future

Is there a way to come out of current company, since notice period is 90 days, not able to get job offers easily(almost nill), every recruiter is expecting joining within 30 days. Not able to manage finances with current salary and at the same time unable to switch. For qa automation role more than 10 years experience. Kindly provide some suggestions.

Like the Data Frameworks: Airflow,SSIS,Azure Factory And Dataworks like Snowflake,Databricks,Postgres I need some guidance on which tool to start learning and if I plan to learn these tools for the next 6 months. Is it possible to crack the interviews....this is my 1st switch to a new company. Can anyone pls suggest which framework, Dataworks tool i need to start and has high possibility for getting switch to new company. If possible can you pls share the learning path 🙏🙏🙏. Projects I have been working on are Classification (Machine Learning), Azure MLops, GenAI, RAG chatbot, AWS MLOps (Lambda and Step functiona), PowerBI dashboard for representing results to stake holders. I am recognised as plantinum club member (In Top 1% performer in Analytics units) I have cleared 4 Azure (DP 100, AI 102, AZ 900, AI 900), 2 AWS (Cloud prectioner, ML speciality) certifications. My current salary package is 11.76 Lakh per annum. If I switched to another company, how much salary I can asked?
