Hi everyone, I am working in big MNC company since march 2022. Company - Infosys Salary package - 4,10,000 / year Total Exp- 2.5 years I am getting low salary compared to others. But when I think about switch, I remember about 3 Month Notice period. How should I proceed with other company while this type of Notice Period. Can anyone suggest me
Prepare for interviews. Apply for companies, say you'll be joining immediately. Attend interviews, gain confidence. Put paper now search for interviews for real because you already have confidence and experience of attending interviews you will get a job as soon as possible. If possible save atleast 3 months experience. You will get a job 3m notice period 3 months window to dedicate to interviews. You will get a job in 6 months. No worries
When you have a notice period, how does it make sense to say you’ll be joining immediately? I’m really curious about this strategy.
It's just to increase your confidence. You won't get selected just by saying you are available. You have to Crack the interview. If you got selected tell them there's project emergency or something. It won't work but still. You have to do what you have to do
