Notice period
How do you deal with the 90 days notice period when most of the recruiters are looking for immediate joiners ?
I am currently working in an Indian MNC with 2.5yr experience and looking forward to shift company. How to deal with the 90 Days Notice Period?? And How is the current job market to resign or should I wait for a few months??
Wait for a few months!
Wait till you complete 3 years.
(Saying as I have seen my friend struggling to get offers closed)
Yes I believe, I am not getting any calls from naukri as well. So I am worried about resigning.
Don’t resign now. The job market is still not good. As someone who had served 90 days notice period, it’s a torture. I had opportunities but every job wanted immediate joiner or 30 days notice period. Once I finished my notice period, there was a slowdown and I unfortunately couldn’t get a job for couple of months. If you are okay with a gap of few months then go for it.
Thanks for your inputs
