How to deal with 90 days notice period,as recruiter look for immediate joiners having notice period less than 30 days.So i am barely getting any call from naukri.

How do you deal with the 90 days notice period when most of the recruiters are looking for immediate joiners ?
First target some MNCs who don't have problem with 90 days notice period and after getting a offer resign and update serving notice period in job portals.
