How can we get calls from companies while having 90 days notice period?

Do we get calls from companies while having 90 days notice period? Recruiters are back of immediate joiners or 15 days candidates mostly.. They are not even considering people who are having 90 days notice. Can somebody please suggest any tips to overcome this issue and get calls from companies ?

Resign and hustle for 2/3 months. Market is saturated and 60/90 days notice period is the first filter for screening.

Tell them you have 30 day notice. Once you are selected ask them to buy out the rest
