I have completed 2 years in Capgemini as a fresher. Working in big data technology. But no hike even in the appraisal cycle. 
thinking about switching to another company, will I get a job with just 2 years experience. Kindly help me as I am worried. Should I switch or stay here with the same salary.

I am having around 2 years of experience and working in SAP Automation Testing in Cognizant Technology solutions. I am learning bigdata technologies as I would like switch to Data Engineering domain.

I am having few doubts such as how can I show my experience and how the jobs openings for Azure Data engineering for less than 2 years of experience candidates?

I am trained in .Net Core domain, and I’m working in Outsystems low code domain since 2 years. As Outsystems is a niche tech, there aren’t much projects or opportunities available in the market. Now I have 2 option, switch back to .NET ( i forgot most of the stuff) or start with Data Engineering. What should i do? Hi Everyone,
I have 5 ys experience working in Database support with having knowledge in SQL, Scripting and python.

I want to switch my role to a Data Engineering job as my current role is not having enough job opportunities outside.

I am planning to learn tools on Data Engineering.
Like the Data Frameworks: Airflow,SSIS,Azure Factory 
And Dataworks like Snowflake,Databricks,Postgres

I need some guidance on which tool to start learning and if I plan to learn these tools for the next 6 months. Is it possible to crack the interviews....this is my 1st switch to a new company. 

Can anyone pls suggest which framework, Dataworks tool i need to start and has high possibility for getting switch to new company.
