Director analytics salary flipkart

Can someone share a salary range for Senior Engineering manager or associate director Engineering role at Myntra / Flipkart?

Hi folks, wanted to know the work culture and pay at Flipkart

I have total of 3.6 years of experience all as Data Engineer. 2.3 working at Sigmoid and 1.3 with Flipkart. I got promoted at both the organisation, means I am a high performing talent. I am getting 50L as a CTC from Flipkart, 21.5 is fixed, 2.15 is annual bonus and rest other are ESOP spreaded over 4 years. Flipkart is currently operating in hybrid model which means I had to shift to Bangalore this December. In my new role at a startup which is acquired by Course Hero is offering 70l; 32l as fixed, 3.2l as annual bonus and rest other as RSUs spreaded over 4 years. It is work from anywhere. Looking at the current market trend and my previous history, should I be little more greedy.

Is this a good offer or am I being lowballed?

Hey folks given flipkart is in line for IPO(eventually) is it a good time to get in for those 4-5 lakhs worth of ESOPs yearly? Could this give good returns when it eventually goes for IPO?

How much do non-tech Senior Managers or people at F11 level make? Salary with Base & ESOP breakdown will help.

What is the Flipkart APM & PM salary? Can someone share the breakdown? Also, I got to know that APM’s don’t get ESOPs is it true?

Tech Stack = Java, Springboot, Distributed System etc Microsoft Hyderabad Offer Base: 26 LPA Performance Bonus: 20%(5.2 LPA) Stocks: $40k for 4 years => Almost 8 Lac per year Relocation Bonus: 4 Lac CTC for 1st year = 44 LPA After one year, Total CTC: 40 LPA Designation = Software Engineer II(L61) – Consumer Identity Experiences Team Tech Stack = C++, windows Please suggest which offer I should choose and what factors I should consider when making my decision. Which organization will help me with my long-term personal growth, such as for 3-4 years?
