So, on LinkedIn, I see a lot of job opportunities at Google and Microsoft Bangalore. Some of it says onsite and a few are listed as remote.
Just wondering, do these companies still offer remote roles? or is this a trick to attract applicants?

Permanent? No. Not at Google, they may allow for 4 weeks I've heard
At Microsoft for non entry level employees(>5-6 yoe) it can be upto 50%
