Does IBM offer work from home? And cab facility from BCIT bangalore??

Work from home to days a week.. you need to be in office the days a week,b only punch in is checked and punch out is not and no can facility is available for general shift. Work culture wise good work life balance but no hike and growth

No cab, and mandatory to work from the office 3 days a week. To avoid people coming late mgr/ team lead schedule an early meeting. It is a hostile environment, and if the manager want to pull you down, he/she can deploy people to give negative feedback.
