Does employees get salary growth with as startup grows?
I have been working as engineering manager in a startup. I was promised remote job but now company calling to office location. In current year, the company didnt give more then 5% salary growth and keep promising growth in the future as company grows but do founders or top management really care about employees?
I seen one of my ex company its happening but not sure if founders really keep their promises about employees will get salary growth as company grows. I feel they take lavish salary but keep the employees underpaid.
Let me know your thoughts or your own experience. Work life balance is good though so I don’t want to really leave the company it actually it happens
