Hii everyone, is it worth to join EY as I have offer from another company also with same package.
Is there any chance I can have good work life balance.

I am currently working in Deloitte USI. Here I need to work for 13-14 hours everyday minimum. I have received an offer from EY around 35% hike. I’ve heard that the work culture of EY is even worse. But anyhow if I have to work for 13-14 hours a day, the why not for a better salary? Can you all please advise?

Role - Manager 

Joining bonus - 2L 
Committed bonus - 4L 
Current CTC -31LPA (Fixed) 
EY CTC - 31LPA (no variable pay) - they want me to join on almost the same CTC. 
ONLY BENEFIT - Medical and Gratuity outside 31LPA.

Should I join or wait for other offers?

NOTE - I have no other offers in hand.

Could you please clarify if i do digital signature and accept the offer letter from EY company, implies that once accepted and unable to join, any issues may arise? Additionally, is there a policy where once accepted but not joined, future access may be restricted? like not allowing to join next time in EY?

Hi folks, I have got offer from both Accenture and EY GDS. I have accepted the offer from Accenture but haven't accepted the EY offer yet as they provided it last week. EY have just matched the Accenture offer that also with fixed compensation showing no exact ctc. I am a little confused if I should accept the offer from EY as well.

Note - 1. Both have the same location.
2. same compensation 
3. Both low balled me

My tech stack is python having overall 6.2 yoe. I still have 2 months left for my notice period to end but confused on should I accept EY offer as well.
Please suggest. Thanks 🙏
