Role - Manager
Joining bonus - 2L Committed bonus - 4L Current CTC -31LPA (Fixed) EY CTC - 31LPA (no variable pay) - they want me to join on almost the same CTC. ONLY BENEFIT - Medical and Gratuity outside 31LPA.
Should I join or wait for other offers?
NOTE - I have no other offers in hand.
Why join at 0 hike? Makes little sense to me. If only your current employer is shit and you have some genuine reasons would I even consider. The HR is plain and simple trying to low ball.
What you are trying to say absolutely makes sense. Hence, making try elsewhere as well and today I got a nice opportunity in Saudi as well, for 45LPA (Remote from 🇮🇳)
