Switching from EY India. What should be my expected CTC?

I am willing to switch from EY India. I have 5.5yrs of overall experience. I am Ex Deloitte. Currently working with SAP. I have current CTC around 15 fixed. How much hike should I expect from other company? In fixed and variable. And should I ask for any Joining bonus?

U should be getting around 22-26

Ask for 25-30 fixed LPA range atleast. If she says your previous package is 15, tell her my knowledge and expertise is upto the level that I deserve this.

Definitely you should ask for joining bonus too...!

I’ve got an offer from EY, I’ve an experience of 9.8 years in Microsoft dynamics crm technical. They’ve offered me 33fix and 15% var. With Manager 1 position.

My current CTC is 24fix and 5.34 variable

What do you suggest.??
