My current base is 18,000 USD and I save a good amount of money in terms of taxation and I work remotely.

Seeking advice on a potential job switch and compensation. I am currently employed as a Lead Business Analyst(Total Exp:6 Years) at a US-based edtech company with a fixed CTC of 25 LPA. My skill set includes Tableau, SQL, Python, Automations, Statistical Analysis, and Stakeholder Management. Lately, I've noticed a lack of substantial job calls, and the few I've received are capped at ~27 LPA. Some recruiters even claim that I'm already in a higher salary band, which I believe might not be accurate. I have my final round of interview scheduled for Niyo Solution Inc for APM profile.

Given that I have 1+ year of full time experience and have interned 1 year as Product intern before that, how much can I expect? 

Current Salary: 13.5 fixed + 2 rentention + 2 performance based 

Offered Salary: 18 fixed

FYI: They have currently hired few freshers for this position and are offering 18 fixed. Given that I have 1+ YOE, I think it’s a unfair deal for me.

Hey, I am in talks with Agoda HR team for the salary negotiation and HR is asking me for the expected salary. In India, I have a offer of 48 LPA CTC (43 fixed and rest variable). How much TBH/month I should ask for considering I have to move to Bangkok ? 
I don't have complete idea about expenses but from online sources it looks like it is 70% higher than Bangalore so should I go for 210k/month minimum based on PPP rates?
